Average Height Ladies is a company that I create work under with Elizabeth Barker. Commissioned to create four Dance Theatre works, all Concept, Choreography, Design and Performance by Sophie Arstall and Elizabeth Barker.

‘The Tree of Light‘ Charlie Morrissey in collaboration with Block9. One of ten choreographers for large-scale outdoor production with 1000 dancers celebrating the 2012 Olympics and Paralympics.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT:
Nominated by Independent Dance and selected for One Dance UK Dancers’ Mentorship Programme 2017 for mid-career artists.
Workshops: Deborah Hay, Daria Fain, KJ Holmes, Fabulous Beast, Julyen Hamilton, Kirstie Simson, Ivana Muller, Frey Faust Axis Syllabus. I have also studied some Aikido and Tai Chi.
TEACHING:
I teach professional and open adult classes in Contemporary Technique and Improvisation at Greenwich Dance, Trip Space, Dance Works and The Place, London. I have also taught at Drama and Dance for all ages and on outreach projects for Lewisham College, Dance in Devon, English National Ballet, Camden Council and Shed@thepark Theatre Company an inclusive performing arts company. I was also Co-Artistic Director of Devon Youth Dance Company for 3 years.
